Aces began in the Capitol Hill apartment of Timm McIntosh and Johanna Miller in May 2010. Timm having driven two years prior and Johanna having traveled frequently in corporate life, the two sought to create a car service that would provide friendly and reliable luxury transportation to Seattle.
These two motivated dreamers wanted to create an organization that Seattle could call upon for professional services to and from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). They also wanted to provide brides and grooms transportation for their wedding day, but still handle all the transportation needs in-between. They also believed it was key for the business success to be available 24/7.
Aces began with a single town car purchased with the savings of Timm and Johanna. With one single car, Timm was the lone driver building a clientele that could support the addition of more drivers and more vehicles. Timm found time to take naps and sleep during less busy times, and would work during peak hours. Over time he and Johanna had built a steady stream of business and were able to recruit friends to assist in the driving responsibilities to ensure safety standards were being met and Timm was able to get some sleep. Fast forward 5.5 years later, Timm has been able to get himself out of the day-to-day driving and focusing on building a proprietary back-end system that supports the demands and wishes from clients as well as drivers as Aces continues to grow.

We would be happy to make your special day a little more special. Weddings are serviced on an hourly basis only with a two hour minimum. Aces currently has Luxury Sedans (Lincoln Town Car's and Cadillac DTS's) as well as SUV's (Chevy Suburban's and GMC Yukon XL's) in the fleet. Aces vehicles are maintained to the highest of standards keeping them in like new condition with regular cleaning, waxing, oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections and everything else that goes into making your trip the smoothest ride possible.
Aces Town Car Service is a privately owned, family-oriented chauffeur service born and raised in the Seattle area. Cancellations must be made no less than four (4) hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge of the full rate for Point to Points and Airport Transportation reservations. Hourly Bookouts must be cancelled with no less than a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice to avoid a cancellation charge of the full rate. Cancellations due to a cancelled airline flight cannot be made unless given three (3) hours advance notice and verification by Aces of cancellation by airline to avoid a cancellation charge of the full rate. All clients who do not show up for their reserved transportation will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full rate of their reservation.
In our experience over the years, we have found that weddings rarely run on time and wait times can become up to an hour after the initial scheduled time for our chauffeurs and vehicles. Even after having been assured that things would run on time, but it is hard to stop a celebration.
This exceeded wait time causes quite a bit of a complication for us, as we do not want to abandon you on your wedding day, but we also do not want to be late for our next clients that we are servicing that same day. Neither option is acceptable for a client and neither is acceptable for us to be able to provide the best service possible.
For a small company like ourselves, we cannot have a vehicle wait very long after the scheduled time as we do have other reservations for our vehicles and chauffeurs. Because of this, we require a minimum two-hour book out per vehicle for weddings. Our hourly rates are $72 per hour for Sedans and $96 per hour for SUVs; this includes all taxes, fees and service charges. Wedding reservations are required to be pre-paid to reserve service and carries a twenty-four (24) hour advance notice cancellation policy.
The last thing we want to do is ruin your big day. This policy assures that no one is rushed and the chauffeurs and vehicles are on hand for the allotted time of the reservation and ready whenever everyone else is ready to go.
Our luxury sedans can accommodate three (3) large suitcases and four (4) passengers. Our luxury SUVs can accommodate six (6) large suitcases and six (6) passengers. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating or luggage capacity. Requesting a vehicle that does not accommodate the number of passengers and/or luggage at pick-up location will result in cancellation of service and charged the full base rate.
Your chauffeur will be tracking your flight and will make contact once you have landed. If you have not provided us your mobile number, please email or call us to update this information so that your chauffeur can make contact upon your landing. In the event that your flight is more than one (1) hour delayed we will do our best to reschedule and accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee service in such events.
When you have arrived at the airport and collected your bags at baggage claim (if you have any) please call 206-518-8411 and let us know what numbered door you are exiting (all the doors have a little red sign above the doorway with an even number on it). Your driver will be waiting at a nearby lot moments away and will pick you up at the exit door that you have specified.
If you have elected for your chauffeur to meet you at baggage claim to assist with luggage, your chauffeur will be waiting with your name on a sign.
We love animals and don't mind taking you and your friendly animal to the vet, friend's house, dog park, etc. All we ask is that you keep all clean pets on a leash on the floor of the vehilce or in a pet carrier in the backseat with you while riding.
Although we love kids, at this time we do not have child seats available for rent. Please bring any seating needs along with you for the ride. If you do not have a child seat for your infant, toddler or child that requires one at the time of service, your trip will be cancelled and charged the full base rate. As a parent, it is your responsibility to keep your child safe with the proper seating needs for transportation. Our chauffeurs will not take on the risk of transporting your family without the proper safeguards in place.
